  • Please note your Part Exchange will not be returned.
  • The Vehicle must be returned to the Retail Centre that conducted the transaction and you collected it from (please note: we will not collect the vehicle).
  • The vehicle must not have exceeded 500 more miles than what it was collected/sold at.
  • The Vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was sold at.


Hammond Cars preferred balance payment is via Bank Transfer (Please ask in store for more details).

Please reference the vehicle registration number with this payment method.

Part Exchange Documentation

Upon collection of your new car please ensure you bring with you the following documentation:

- V5C (log book / registration document)

- Service Record

- Book Packs

- MOT Certificate

- Locking Wheel Nut

- Both Keys

- The Vehicle Parcel Shelf


If you are using one of our funding packages, you will need to bring with you:

- Your driving licence (In current address)

- Proof of address (bank statement / utility bill dated in the last 3 months) NOT a mobile phone bill
